How Much Box Office Money Have Celebrities Movies Generated?

Since the dawn of film, back in the early 1900′s, people have wanted to be the center of the stage. Now a day, in the 21st century, actors and actresses have the chance of their lifetime – to become a celebrity. But what about those famous actors and actresses who have already been under the lime light for a while – the current celebrities?
Movies like Mission Impossible, Titanic, and Twilight all have one thing in common: they were each among some of the highest grossing films to hit theaters. Twilight alone was a film which raked in over 100 Million, just in movie ticket sales.Check out this link here. So how in the world could anyone ever figure out the gross money generated from celebrity movies? They can’t.
However, someone can take into account that over the past year alone hundreds of movies were released into theaters, and about a quarter of them were block buster hits! With that into account, how much money was generated last year alone – just in the box office? The answer can’t be exact, but somewhere between 20 Billion and 150 billion dollars! That doesn’t include video sales, or memorabilia merchandise purchased before or after theater showings.
